The Luxuriant design team is redefining the concept of ultra-luxury hospitality through the Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection. We are raising the world-wide bar through creation of Luxuriant-Class 21st Century cutting-edge, multi-dimensional, sumptuously appointed iconic resorts.

Luxuriant fervently believes that creation of a new resort is an art form and not an exercise in standardization. Reflecting its operating philosophy, Luxuriant searches for a setting’s unique culture, history and geography and manifests those qualities into the programming, design and operation of each resort.

Luxuriant is focused on creating landmark resorts through ground-up development, redevelopment of existing structures and repositioning and re-branding of assets with Luxuriant-Class potential.

SCOPE:

Luxuriant World Resorts anticipates becoming an operator of fine ultra-luxury resorts under the Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection brand with an exciting pipeline of new projects planned for Latin America and other locales around the world.

While there is no “predesigned template" for a Luxuriant resort, we are however seeking, opportunities offering the right critical mass of dedicated room product (minimum 175 to 200 keys) and sufficient land area (300 to 500 acres) for a tennis camp and an 18-hole championship golf course complemented by additional branded services to give our future guests the finest possible Luxuriant-Class experience.

PROCESS:

In evaluating new development opportunities, the Luxuriant development team is highly selective; searching for exceptional world heritage settings which can be (i) sculpted into premier destinations sought by future discriminating guests; and (ii) crafted to create one-of-a-kind Luxuriant-Class product offerings commanding the designation "best in market".

Luxuriant's collaborative development team has the support of a robust corporate infrastructure, including technical assistance during design and construction, pre-opening and launch activities, the Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection brand and corresponding marketing services, systems and technology support and ongoing professional management services.
