The international founding members of Luxuriant World Resorts are United States companies Alekson Development Group LLC and Group West Companies PLLC together with Guatemalan affiliate company Fin City Associates S.A. Company Principals are Canadian, American, Guatemalan and Venezuelan.

Since founding Luxuriant in early 2008, we have assembled a stellar team of professionals with seasoned expertise in mixed-use resort and real estate development, architectural design, and resort operational management working in concert with strategic alliance development partners around the globe. All have come together in a creative collaboration to craft the Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection for one-of-a-kind Luxuriant-Class guest experiences inspired by the old world historical ambience, charm and geographic grandeur that is Latin America.

We are in the early stages of crafting the Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection brand; each resort capturing the intrinsic spirit dwelling in each exceptional setting whether it is mountain, beach or jungle.
